Yes! Villa Puerta is ideal for families. We provide child-friendly amenities such as high chairs, cribs, safety gates, and a shallow area in the pool. Our staff can also recommend family-friendly restaurants, beaches, and activities nearby.
How many people can Villa Puerta accommodate?
Villa Puerta comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. We offer 4 bedrooms, each with plush bedding, air conditioning, and private or semi-private bathrooms. Additional sleeping arrangements (such as a sofa bed or extra mattress) can be arranged for larger groups upon request.
Is daily cleaning or housekeeping included?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay. Our housekeeping team maintains the villa with care and discretion. Additional services such as laundry or evening turndown service can be arranged at an extra cost.
Do you offer a private chef or catering services?
Absolutely. We offer the option to hire a private chef who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring Colombian and international dishes. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just want to relax, our culinary team will tailor the menu to your preferences.
Do you provide airport transportation?
Yes, we offer private airport transfer service to and from Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG). Let us know your flight details in advance, and we’ll make sure a professional driver is ready to greet you upon arrival. We can also coordinate boat transfer to the property straight from a Local Marina to our dock, its only 20 mins!
How close is the villa to the beach?
Villa Puerta is just a short walk—mere steps—from the beach. You can easily enjoy sunrise walks, beach lounging, or sunset cocktails without ever needing a car. We also offer our golf cart included on the rental.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation terms depending on the season and booking method. In general:

Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations within 13 days of arrival.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for additional peace of mind.
